Tradepire's mission is to responsibly develop export markets and sources of raw materials for its clients. In order to meet this mission, Tradepire must be mindful of its ethical position and be sure that the high standard extends to its internal and external relationships. Tradpire conducts itself in a way that empowers its Mission and will only do business with vendors who are committed to our objectives. All of our vendors are required to support our vision and values and to be responsible for making sure that our vision is adhered to when subcontracting any portion of its obligations to Tradepire or its clients. Although Tradepire is not ISO certified at this time by an outside certification body, all vendors must be prepared for this transition in the future and be willing to support Tradepire in its certification efforts. All vendors for Tradepire must operate within the bounds of all applicable laws. They must also adhere to the governing standards of the country and international countries in which they conduct business. If at any time a vendor ceases to meet the requirements of the country in which they are operating, Tradepire reserves the right to immediately cancel all its outstanding orders with that vendor, as well as terminate its agreement with the vendor. Tradepire believes in maintaining a high level of corporate citizenship and is committed to protecting the environment wherever it does business. As a responsible corporate citizen, we will favor vendors with sound environmental policies. Vendor ObligationAny vendor conducting business with Tradepire is expected to fulfill the following basic responsibilities:
Establishing Vendor RelationsBefore you make an appointment with Tradepire, be sure to complete the Application for Employment and select "Contractor." Provide all the important and peritnent information in the application. Send your supporting materials, brochures and catalogs in Portable Document Format (pdf) to employment @tradepire.com and be sure to put your company name in the subject line. After we receive your information, you will be assigned to a company representative with whom you can meet to discuss your products and services. We ask that you make your appointment three (3) weeks in advance in order to give us adequate time to research our needs. All appointments will be honored and scheduled around client operations, which receive priority scheduling. On the day of your appointment, please arrive on time so that we can minimize the impact on our client's operations. Client Related Statements
Vendor ReviewsIn November of each calendar year, performance surveys will be circulated to company representatives and clients. Vendors who have consistently failed to meet the requirements of the client contracts to the satisfaction of the client, will be re-evaluated for preferred vendor status the following and may have their preferred vendor status removed. Please download our Vendor Package for review and completion. Return the completed Vendor Package in a "pdf" file to employment@tradepire.com with the name of your company in the subject line. Tradepire is an environmentally responsible company and operates, whenever possible, in a paperless environment. Any hard copies of the vendor package will be scanned into a "pdf" file and all materials will be shredded for recycling. DO NOT SEND MATERIALS THAT YOU EXPECT TO HAVE RETURNED TO YOU. THE MATERIALS WILL NOT BE RETURNED. |
