Referral Policy

We show our appreciation and gratitude by happily and confidentially paying substantial referral fees to our referral agents. We cut referral checks on the 10th day of the month following the payment of the client’s first invoice. Our substantial referral fees are based upon the gross invoice value of the first week’s services to a client (excluding reimbursement line items and expenses billed). Typical invoice values range from $390.00 to $1,850.00, resulting in a one-time referral payment ranging from $195.00 to $925.00 per client.

How can I take advantage of the referral program?

Option 1: Contact us at tradedev@tradepire.com and tell us about your interest in becoming a referring agent. We will set up a services code for you to circulate to people interested in our services. We ask all new potential clients if they have a “services code” or were referred to us. If the client tells us about the referral or uses the “services code” when contacting us, we will pay a referral fee to you, as agreed.

Option 2: Email us at tradedev@tradepire.com and provide the contact information for the person or company you are referring. If we have an existing referral agent relationship with you, we will pay you a referral fee, as agreed.

Option 3: If you are a current or prospective client and desire to receive services from Tradepire, instead of payment, please contact us at tradedev@tradepire.com and provide the contact information for the person or company you are referring. In addition, please fill out our Application for Entry Based Services. We will open an account for your organization and when referral payments are due, we will show the amount as a credit on your account. When you need services from Tradepire, your account will be billed at a reduced rate, based upon your credit account balance, as agreed.

What’s involved in a referral agent relationship?

It is easy to become a referral agent. Let’s us know of your interest and we will issue to you a unique services code for your use. We will discuss the referral options, and you select the option above that works best for you. If you use Option 3, you can utilize your account to transfer some of the benefit you have earned to someone else.

Who can apply?

Anyone can apply to become a referral agent for Tradepire, including current contractors, employees and interns. Imagine the benefits! As an employee or contractor, you can receive both a referral fee and paycheck! As a client, you can receive services at a reduced rate to use against your contract. As a trade manager, you can receive hours of service that you can transfer to your associates, clients and business partners. As an intern, you can receive a referral fee, plus secure your position in working on a client contract!
