Data Collection Policy

Our clients have always expressed concern about the security of their data, trade secrets and specialized industry data. As such, we have looked at both our own need to learn from our clients, and our client's need to know they are protected. The data collection policy within which we work is designed to protect and develop both sides of the argument.

When our Trade Developers work with proprietary data, we perform those related services at your office. This protects Tradepire from the responsibility of protecting the data, and also gives the Client Company full control of any proprietary data.

If Proprietary data is needed on a trade mission or at a neutral third party location, Tradepire will either transport that data with your full knowledge and consent, or ask that you make that data available at the desired location. Trade Developers are not allowed to make copies of your proprietary data, nor are they allowed to leave your approved location with hard copies. If you wish for a Trade Developer to have offsite access to your data, you are required to email the approved documents to your trade developer in a state that is appropriate for controlled distribution. A copy of your email must also be sent to tradedev@tradepire.com so that the office has knowledge of the existence of this data.

There are important paragraphs in your contract with Tradepire that address issues regarding confidentiality of your data. Please make sure to review your contract thoroughly.

If you suspect that the confidentiality of your data has been compromised, please notify Angela Slaughter immediately at aslaughter@tradepire.com.
