In June, 2006, Tradepire added to its policies and procedures the following actions in order to meet some of the needs in the Community:
- A Community Services Committee has been established to review and evaluate hidden needs in our Community that are reported to the Committee by any Tradepire member, past or present, in hopes that an anonymous gift might be funded to help the recipient through difficult circumstances.
- 10% of the value of Entry Based Services performed will be sent to feed and care for people through the Union Mission's Thanksgiving Dinner Program.
- 10% of the value of Trade Development Services performed will be held back to fund the anonymous gifts of the Community Services Committee.
- Trade Developers will be encouraged to meet the needs of the Community through formal, verified participation in the programs of the American Red Cross, up to an established maximum number of hours per year, without depleting any part of their leave time.
