Every Sr. Trade Developer is expected to have a minimum of 20 years progressive work history and formal education to back it up. We want people who have walked the plant floor, processed the clearances, negotiated the sales, loaded the containers and been responsible for the production lines. Our interns learn from top people who can empower them with both skills and knowledge.
Connected...we have reached out and examined businesses of all types. Our Business To Business partners are the key sources we use for customs clearance and interpretation of trade laws, freight forwarding, software solutions and information technology. We only bring them in when we need them...but they are always there.
Most of our clients have fewer than 100 employees ...and some of them have less than 10 . . . one had over 1500. That tells you two things about us...we can meet the need and we price our services based upon the need (not our revenue projections).
